2. Service Description

Vymara provides a luxury travel concierge platform combining AI technology with human expertise to help you plan, book, and manage travel experiences.

Our services include trip planning, booking assistance, travel document management, and ongoing support throughout your journey.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through Vymara:

  • You enter into a contract with the travel provider (hotel, airline, etc.)
  • Vymara acts as an intermediary facilitating the transaction
  • Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refunds are subject to provider policies
  • Vymara's service fees are separate and non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and booking type. Please review the specific terms for each booking before confirming.

Vymara will assist with cancellations and refund requests, but cannot guarantee outcomes as final decisions rest with travel providers.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vymara's platform are owned by Vymara and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vymara shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Actions or omissions of third-party travel providers
  • Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations beyond our control
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability)

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Vymara is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between parties
  2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
  3. Arbitration conducted under AAA rules in San Francisco, CA

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
